We recommend reviewing the following reports in iKizmet:

Overall member demand
If you would like support interpreting this data and determining the best scheduling strategy, we recommend booking a complimentary planning call with Raising the Bar.
Will ChaseIQ suggest actions or next steps based on the data?
Yes.
ChaseIQ will provide recommended actions based on summarized data insights, helping studios identify opportunities related to:
- Retention
- Sales follow-up
- Member engagement
- Churn risk
The system analyzes trends across your data and provides actionable summaries and recommendations.
Example – Utilization Insight
Overall utilization dipped 5% vs. the prior period, driven by a slight membership visit share decline and softer mid-morning/early-morning slots. Y6 Sculpt & Flow and Y6 Signature Hot remain at or above capacity — consider adding sections. Wed 7:30 AM and Sat 1:30 PM are persistently underperforming and may benefit from promotion or schedule review.
Example – Member Risk Insight
Summary: Out of 603 members analyzed, 63 are at critical risk and 6 at high risk — 69 total at elevated risk. The most common risk factors across the board are declining attendance and low recent visit counts. Kim Nguyen and Melanie Hallums are especially urgent given extended absences (74 and 64 days respectively) combined with expressed cancel intent — immediate outreach is recommended.
These insights help studios quickly identify trends and take action on scheduling, retention, and engagement strategies.
Why isn’t ClassPass data fully reflected in iKizmet (prospects, revenue, attendance)?
Currently:
-
ClassPass attendance data appears in the Utilization page in iKizmet
-
Revenue does not flow into ClubReady from ClassPass
Because revenue is not passed into ClubReady, iKizmet cannot connect ClassPass data into revenue-based reporting modules.
Why might my membership counts differ between ClubReady and iKizmet?
Membership logic in iKizmet is based on Agreement and Package data.
ClubReady counts members differently.
ClubReady counts anyone who has a “Membership Expiration Date” in the future.
However:
-
That expiration date is not tied to an agreement or package
-
It can be manually edited
Because of this, the expiration date reflects club access, not necessarily an active membership agreement.
This difference in logic can cause membership numbers to vary between ClubReady and iKizmet until alignment between systems is implemented.
If you are seeing discrepancies in your reporting, we recommend booking a complimentary audit call with Raising the Bar so we can review your data and help identify the gaps you may be seeing between the two systems.
